Facilities include fixed wall mounted electric heating, fridge, washer/dryer, microwave, radio/CD player and colour T.V. with video. All bed linen, duvets, pillows and towels are provided.
Gas and electricity are included in the summer with a £20 heating supplement charged from October 1st to May 1st.
The cottage was built around 1860, probably to house railwaymen, although a little later much of the row was owned by a local fish merchant. There was originally a similar row opposite but this was demolished some years ago, the site has been retained by the Council giving visitors to Wind Street the advantage of the 'garden' area ensuring a quiet, secluded location.
